Website privacy information

This page describes how the DigiShelf public website currently works. For questions about privacy or information you have sent to DigiShelf, email contact@digishelf.com.au.

Contacting DigiShelf

The website contact link opens your email application. Clicking it does not submit an enquiry to this website or confirm delivery. If you choose to send an email, the message and the contact details you include are sent through your email service to DigiShelf. Please include only information needed for your enquiry and do not send sensitive customer records through the public contact link.

Website analytics

The public homepage, service pages and privacy page use Google Analytics to understand visits, service interest, engagement, performance and contact intent. There is no analytics popup or visitor choice panel. Analytics starts automatically where our regional policy permits it, including Australia and other countries outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. It is disabled in those European regions and when the hosting provider cannot determine a country. These regions are not represented in our analytics reports. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, previous explicit rejection and browser analytics-disable controls also prevent collection. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. We send only approved page routes and fixed action categories, not email addresses, email contents, subjects, arbitrary link text, URL queries or fragments. Referrers are reduced to their website origin. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled; no user ID is set. Google receives network request information needed to process analytics. An email-open action measures intent, not a sent email or a qualified lead; copy success and failure are distinct. Browser privacy signals or Google's opt-out browser add-on can block measurement. The add-on is available for supported desktop browsers, not universally on mobile. Blocking analytics never prevents contact. These controls and regional limits mean reports do not count every visitor.

Website hosting and your choices

The public website is served through Vercel. Delivering pages and assets involves network requests to the hosting provider, including the visitor's IP address and request metadata. See Vercel's privacy notice for the provider's practices. This notice does not claim a particular provider log-retention period or processing country.

You can browse the site with analytics blocked using the browser controls described above. Analytics on this page follows the same rules. For questions about an enquiry or your personal information, contact DigiShelf using the email address above. This website notice describes the verified public-site functionality, not the terms of a separate client engagement.
